Returns
- New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Used items are not eligible for return.
- Items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Returns must be sent via a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process after we receive the item.
- If the item is returned damaged, used, or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item according to our policy.

Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at UnionJackMotoRentals@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Restocking Fee
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returned items, deducted from the refund.
- This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
- Restocking fees do not apply if the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent by us.
